Biography
Brian was born in Subiaco, Western
Australia in 1938.
He is a full time fine artist who has
studied many mediums and subjects for over thirty years which includes a full
time degree course at the Curtin University of Western Australia.
He has exhibited in many showings and
won numerous prizes and awards for drawing, oil painting, and mixed media
works.
His work can be found in many private
and public collections in Australia.

training as Photo Engraver & Lithographer

studies U.W.A. extension service
1968 Art Studies in Painting and
Drawing at Claremont Technical College
while
employed as Industrial Lithographer
1975 Full-time painting for one
year resulting in One man exhibition in early 1976
1976 Commenced Full-time degree
course at W.A.I.T. (now Curtin University)
Majoring in Painting & Printmaking
resulting in Bachelor of Arts Degree in Fine
Art in 1978
1977 Winner - Student Award in the
Parmelia Portrait Prize

Commissioned to illustrate several Publications for the Department of
